Acme Health provides Behavioral & Psychiatric Mental health services to seniors in Nursing homes, Assisted Living Facilities, Residential Care Facilities and Personal Residence.
Our Services
Acme Health Network provides on-site psychiatric and behavioral health services to seniors in long term care settings. These include, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, residential care facilities, group homes, and personal care homes.
We provide psychiatric medication management services including evaluation, a personalized treatment plan, titration, education, and monitoring. Counseling and psychotherapy services are provided to identify, monitor and improve troubling thoughts, emotions and behaviors.
We also see patients in the privacy of their home within select locations.
