Our Services
On-site psychiatric and behavioral health services are provided to seniors in long term care settings. These include, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, residential care facilities, group homes, and personal care homes.

We provide psychiatric medication management services including evaluation, a personalized treatment plan, titration, education, and monitoring. Counseling and psychotherapy services are provided identify, monitor and improve troubling thoughts, emotions and behaviors.
Services address: Depression, Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Phobias, PTSD, OCD, Trauma, Emotions & Thoughts that come with new life transitions, and Other Stress Factors.

Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy (also known as talk therapy) services are provided to seniors with the goal of improving quality of life by relieving mental, emotional and psychosocial stressors. Our team of care professionals will work to identify and address negative emotions, thoughts and behaviors in a one-on-one comfortable setting. The Acme Health team will work alongside the interdisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care. ​​
Psychiatry
Medication management services are provided by our Psychiatrists and PMHNP's (Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners). Services include evaluation, treatment plan, medication monitoring, medication adjustments, and education.​ A customized treatment plan is created for each patient as medications and side-effects are monitored and addressed. Pharmacology services are provided as well as GDR's as needed.
Counseling
Counseling services are similar to psychotherapy in that they address mental health concerns. However, are typically shorter in duration. Counseling focuses on specific life situations while using structure and goal-oriented approaches. A treatment plan is developed that addresses the expressed psychological needs of the patient alongside the interdisciplinary team. ​​
